The premiums in the silver market have come in over recent weeks but that still doesn't address the leverage that has been piled onto the market over the past decade and longer. Which has left Andy Schectman of precious metals dealer Miles Franklin saying that he thinks silver is the buying opportunity of a generation.

Certainly, with Jerome Powell and the Federal Reserve indicating that even further quantitative easing programs are on the way, Andy may well be right.
