You really have to have a great imagination to make this kind of criminality up BUT the Office of Comptroller of Currency has now passed a new "Rule" to hide the Silver Rigging Operation being perpetrated by Bank of America!! The OCC now offers US Banks "Exemptions" to their Rules if they get too far in the weeds! THIS IS INSANE!
