Appointment notices: Falco Resources, Essex Minerals, Copper One, and NexGen Energy

Bryan A. Coates Is the new chair of Falco Resources in Montreal. following the resignation of Sean Roosen from the board. Coates is also president of Osisko Gold Royalties.

Toronto-based Copper One has named Stan Bharti president, CEO and director of the company. With over 30 years' experience in engineering, finance, markets, operation and entrepreneurship. He replaces Paul Pint, who has resigned.

Essex Minerals of Vancouver has appointed David Greenway as CEO and a member of the board. He has two decades of experience in managing, financing and developing growth strategies for junior companies. He is a graduate of the University of Bournemouth, U.K.

NexGen Energy of Vancouver has named former Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall to its board of directors. The appointment coincides with the retirement of Craig Parry, who is moving to the company's technical advisory committee.
