ASIA FERROUS SCRAP: Vietnam books Japanese scrap while waiting for lower offers

Vietnamese steelmakers booked H2-grade scrap from Japan this week, snubbing offers from the United States and Europe while they await price drops for materials from these two sources as well as in Turkey.
