Brazil's iron ore exports fall in March on lower prices

Brazilian iron ore export volumes fell by 17.7% year on year in March, according to figures released by national foreign trade ministry MDIC on Monday April 2.

Iron ore shipments totaled 29.95 million tonnes during the month versus 36.39 million tonnes in March 2017.Export revenue declined by 27.9% to $1.68 billion from $2.33 billion in the same comparison due to lower iron ore...
