Brazilian flat steel sales from distributors decelerate month on month in November due to low supply

Brazilian flat steel sales from distributors fell in November compared with the previous month due to limited supply from steelmakers but increased on an annual basis, according to national flat steel association Inda.

Sales of flat steel products totaled 339,400 tonnes last month, down by 8.7% from 371,700 tonnes in October but up by 15.8% from 293,200 tonnes in November 2019, Inda said on Tuesday December 15.
Inda predicted last month that sales would reach 353,100 tonnes in November.
