Brixton Metals drills 6.7 meters of almost 1,000 g/t AgEq

Brixton Metals (BBB.V) continues its exploration activities in the Cobalt Camp in Ontario, and has now released the assay results from another six holes drilled at the Hudson Bay project. Hole 06 is the most intriguing hole as it intersected 6.7 meters of approximately 20 ounces of silver per tonne of rock as well as 0.26% copper and 0.57% ZnPb. There was no cobalt present in hole 6 (which is perhaps a bit surprising considering the hole was drilled just 76 meters away from where Brixton discovered the 0.8 meters of 1% Cobalt), but holes 4,5 and 7 did contain cobalt with respectively 3 meters of 0.22% Co, 1 meter of 0.71% Co and 5 meters of 0.04% Co as well as half a meter containing 0.42% Cobalt.

Whilst some of the silver values are definitely okay (and really good in hole 6), the market is really looking forward to some good cobalt intercepts, and these drill results will help Brixton Metals to zoom in on the respective exploration targets. According to CEO Thompson, the recent drill results indicate the potential to discover more high-grade narrow veins as well as lower grade intervals over longer intervals.
