Cannabis Legalization in the US: July 2019 Update

July 07, 2019 / kincommunications.com / Article Link

Cannabis legalization across the United States continues to be a topic of much discussion in both the 2020 presidential and general elections. The climate for cannabis acceptance has grown massively, resulting in larger representation in both the Senate and House of Representatives.

As it currently stands, roughly 98.6% of US citizens live in states permitting cannabis in some form. In other words, whether it is adult-use, medical or CBD, 47 states have legalized some form of cannabis.*

As the states are becoming increasingly accepting of cannabis-use in some form, royalty companies such as FinCanna should begin to see positive results from increasing business from their investee companies.
