Capital and Regional's (LON:CAL) Lawrence Hutchings tells Proactive that the 'case for community shopping centres has never been stronger'.
He says the company is trying to fit into the more localised shopping offerings as opposed to the large complexes such as Westfield.
He adds that the company is working on evolving the classification of UK shopping centres into more nuanced categories to better fulfil customer needs.
