After several requests, I review Charles Poliquin's ebook, Arm Size and Strength, The Ultimate Guide. This is a great read, purely on arm specialization. Its available on amazon and is super cheap. 6 months program from a SUPER trainer for around 10 bucks!!!! This book delivers in its promise. I recommend this book for anyone lagging in arm development, especially those in the intermediate phase of bodybuilding, after a strong foundation has been laid (ie squats, deadlifts and bench pressing). Enjoy
