CHINA HRC: Vietnam accepts higher prices after China's gains

China's hot-rolled coil prices continued to increase on Tuesday November 3, which forced buyers in Vietnam to accept higher levels than the week prior, sources said.

Eastern China (Shanghai): 3,980-3,990 yuan ($594-596) per tonne, up 10 yuan per tonne
