CHINA REBAR: Buyers reject higher offers

China's domestic rebar prices stopped rising on Thursday October 29 due to lower buying interest in the higher offer prices.

Eastern China (Shanghai): 3,730-3,760 yuan ($556-561) per tonne, unchanged
