CHINA REBAR: Domestic prices stop rising on bearish sentiment

China's domestic rebar prices halted their upward trend on Tuesday December 29 on market participants' pessimistic outlook for end user demand, Fastmarkets heard.

Eastern China (Shanghai): 4,430-4,450 yuan ($678-681) per tonne, unchanged
Adverse weather led to weak rebar demand at construction sites and disturbed truck transportation, sources said.
