CHINA REBAR: Sellers raise offers but buyers resist

China's domestic rebar prices were flat on Wednesday September 2 amid a drop in trading activity, with buyers snubbing sellers' higher offers.

Eastern China (Shanghai): 3,670-3,700 yuan ($537-542) per tonne, unchanged
Several sellers raised their rebar offers by 10-20 yuan per tonne to 3,690-3,710 per tonne in the morning following gains in the futures market in the first half hour of trading.

But buyers did not take these...
