CIS FLAT STEEL: Export market stability masks underlying conflict over price direction

Flat steel export prices from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) were stable in the week ending Monday January 27, although the direction prices might take remains unclear because of the opposing moods of suppliers and buyers.
