CIS FLAT STEEL: Prices fall further despite talk of stabilization

Export prices for hot-rolled coil and cold-rolled coil from the Commonwealth of Independent States fell again despite expectations that prices had bottomed, sources told Fastmarkets on Tuesday October 15.
