CIS FLAT STEEL: Prices fall further on weak market sentiment

The export market for hot-rolled coil (HRC) and cold-rolled coil (CRC) from the Commonwealth of Independent States has weakened further on low levels of demand that have not improved after a wave of trade protection measures in August.
