CIS FLAT STEEL: Reduced availability of metal prompts slight market rebound

The export market for hot-rolled coil (HRC) from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) has rebounded because if lower availability of material, sources told Fastmarkets MB on Monday January 21.
