CIS LONG STEEL: Mills cut prices to fend off Turkey competition

CIS export rebar and wire rod prices continued to fall in the week ended Monday October 1, with mills reducing their prices to attract customers at a time of lack of demand and increased competition - particularly with Turkish suppliers.
