CIS LONG STEEL: Prices rise amid reduced availability, but customers hold back

CIS export rebar and wire rod prices continued to rise in the week ended Monday February 26 amid reduced availability of the materials, although customers were refraining from bookings because they considered the offered prices to be too high.
