CIS STEEL BILLET: Buying revives in Turkey amid high import scrap prices

CIS billet suppliers have finally seen an improvement in buying activity outside Southeast Asia, where they have been concentrating their efforts recently due to the weak demand in the Middle East-North Africa (Mena) region.
