CIS STEEL BILLET: Price inches up more on fresh booking

The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) export billet price inched up by $3 per tonne day on day on Wednesday April 8 after new bookings came to light, sources said.

Fastmarkets' daily steel billet index, export, fob Black Sea, CIS was $340 per tonne fob Black Sea on Wednesday, up from $337 per tonne a day earlier.
The rise followed a sale of Ukraine-origin billet to Egypt at $340 per tonne fob Black Sea.
