CIS STEEL BILLET: Prices dip in fresh sales to Asia, North Africa [REFILE]

Steel billet prices in the CIS region decreased slightly in the week to Thursday September 26 after last week's rebound, because of the resumed weakening of scrap prices in Turkey.
