CIS STEEL BILLET: Prices slide but sentiment improves as Turkey resumes trade with US

The CIS export billet price inched downward on Tuesday June 5 with buying still sluggish amid market uncertainty and the traditionally lower activity during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan in the Middle East.
