COKING COAL DAILY: Premium coking coal fob, cfr prices diverge

The seaborne premium hard coking coal price in the fob market inched down amid a stable cfr market on Thursday March 18 because buyers in China were concerned about Mongolian coking coal exports to China, sources said.
