COKING COAL DAILY: Premium hard coking coal cfr index skyrockets unexpectedly

The seaborne premium hard coking coal cfr index skyrocketed on Wednesday September 9 following a transaction of premium mid-volatility hard coking coal done at $120 per tonne, sources said.
