COKING COAL DAILY: Seaborne coking coal prices remain largely stable despite limited trading activity

Seaborne premium hard coking coal prices in both the fob and cfr markets remained largely stable on Tuesday March 2, with very little trading activity reported, market participants told Fastmarkets.

Premium hard coking coal, fob DBCT: $127.76 per tonne, up $0.71 per tonne
Premium hard coking coal, cfr Jingtang: $217.31 per tonne, down $0.50 per tonne
Hard coking coal, fob DBCT: $119.67 per tonne, up $0.50 per tonne
Hard coking coal, cfr Jingtang: $207.10 per tonne, up $1.20 per tonne
No seaborne cargoes of Australia-origin premium hard coking coal were seen offered on Tuesday, after Monday's large gap between offer and bid prices.
