COKING COAL DAILY: Seaborne premium prices flat; India sees signs of recovery

Coking coal market participants from India were bullish on Tuesday July 28 due to an increase in domestic steel sales in June, while most steel mills in China said they were unable to procure seaborne materials due to import restrictions.
