COKING COAL DAILY: Seaborne prices relatively flat despite futures price drop

Seaborne coking coal prices in both the fob and cfr markets were relatively flat on Wednesday October 27. And China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) intervened in the coal market to curb thermal coal prices, which led to a sharp drop in the coal and coke futures market.
