COKING COAL DAILY: Seaborne prices tumble on lack of demand

Seaborne coking coal prices fell further on Wednesday April 18 amid subdued demand for the steelmaking raw material.

Half a Panamax cargo of a top Australian brand changed hands at $199.50 per tonne cfr China while the other half was traded against an index, sources told Metal Bulletin during the day. A similar product was heard offered at $198 per tonne cfr China on Wednesday.
