Patrick Cullen, chief executive of Connemara Mining PLC (LON:CON), tells Proactive's Andrew Scott they've raised ?900,000 through the issue of 21,686,747 shares at 4.15p, with Metal Tiger PLC (LON:MTR) subscribing for ?200,000.
In conjunction with the fundraising, new board member Patrick Cullen becomes full-time chief executive.
The new cash will allow Connemara to accelerate operations across its gold and zinc portfolio in Ireland.
