(IDEX Online) - A jeweler in India has created a crocodile necklace, studded with 8,000 natural diamonds and 7,000 other gemstones.It was among the highlights at the Gems & Jewellery Manufacturers Show in Surat, which ended yesterday.Samir Mehta, of the Surat-based jewelry manufacturer Arete Virtue, said the necklace was made of 330 grammes of gold and had a $36,000 price tag."We've had many inquiries, but this necklace is already owned by our client and will soon adorn the neck of some sizzling Bollywood actress," he said.Pic courtesy Arete Virtue.
