DAILY SCRAP REPORT: Restocked Turkish buyers resist lower Baltic Sea offers

Turkish scrap import prices have started to show some negative signals, with slightly lower offers from Baltic Sea suppliers, while demand from Turkish producers was very sluggish, sources said on Friday February 15.
