DAILY SCRAP REPORT: Turkish mills end week with 200,000 tonnes purchased

Turkish mills continued to book deep-sea scrap cargoes for August shipments at the end of the week, with prices remaining firm, sources said on Friday July 5.

A steel mill in the Izmir region booked a Baltic Sea cargo, comprising HMS 1&2 (80:20) at $298.50 per tonne and bonus at $308.50 per tonne cfr.
