Turkish steel producers skipped the first working day of the week with no deep-sea bookings amid firm offers, sources said on Monday September 14.

Mills in Turkey booked seven deep-sea cargoes, totalling around 230,000 tonnes early last week before withdrawing from the market on Thursday.
