DAILY STEEL SCRAP: Turkish producers book more scrap at higher prices

Turkish steel mills continued to book deep-sea scrap cargoes at the beginning week at slightly higher prices, sources said on Monday November 23.

A steel mill in the Marmara region booked a European cargo, comprising 25,000 tonnes of HMS 1&2 (75:25) 10,000 tonnes of shredded and 5,000 tonnes of bonus, at an average price of $332.50 per tonne cfr.
