David Stockman, former budget director to President Ronald Reagan, joins Rick Sanchez to discuss President Biden's ambitious and costly infrastructure plan. Republican leaders have vowed to oppose it as Biden pleads for bipartisan support. He deems the plan "over-the-top insane," "unnecessary" and "wasteful."
David Stockman is a former Republican congressman from Michigan and was President Reagan's budget director from 1981 to 1985. After leaving the White House, Stockman became a managing director at Salomon Brothers, and he later founded a private equity fund.
