(IDEX Online) - Finance company Delgatto will use Sarine technology to evaluate diamonds in a unique agreement designed to provide more funding for rough purchases.DDFF (Delgatto Diamond Finance Fund) will use Sarine's Galaxy, DiaExpert and Advisor platforms to assess the future value of a stone when it's been cut, and decide whether it's eligible for financing.DDFF will also offer the option to cut and polish the rough stone at its cutting facilities in Dubai or New York.The partnership - Del Gatto 360, Powered by Sarine - is described as "a complete solution for entities in the diamond industry to easily access finance for sourcing of rough diamonds, as well as a full turnkey solution to manufacture and even sell the polished output".Chris Del Gatto, chairman and CEO of DDFF, said: "For the first time ever, all the elements of the diamond supply chain are aggregated and made simple due to the joining of Sarine's technologies and DDFF's alternative financing solutions."Pic courtesy Sarine
