Toby Mayo's Far Resources Ltd. (FAT) jumped five cents to 45 cents on 2.42 million shares. The company has several promising lithium-bearing pegmatites on its Zoro property in Northern Manitoba.

Paul Brockington's Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. (DIA), up one-half cent to 10.5 cents on 505,000 shares, plans a spring drill program at its Margaret Lake diamond project, northwest of Gahcho Kue in the Northwest Territories. Mr. Brockington, president and chief executive officer, says that the company has three high-priority, drill-ready targets, based on ground geophysical work completed last year.As well, he says, there are three other targets under consideration for drill testing. (Note the fudge: Margaret Lake's batch of waffle last year went stale without a sign of any drilling.)
