DYNACOR PRODUCES 6,902 OZ OF GOLD IN MAY 2018

Dynacor Gold Mines Inc. has released its May, 2018, gold production.

Monthly production at the Veta Dorada plant in 2018

In May, 2018, the corporation produced 6,902 ounces of gold (6,205 ounces in May, 2017) at its Veta Dorada plant, which is similar to the production in the previous month. During the month of May, 7,985 metric tonnesof mineralized material were processed (6.4 per cent above the forecast of 7,500 t). Gold grades of the purchased and processed material were less than anticipated resulting in a lower gold production.

During the first five months of 2018 the Veta Dorada plant processed 36,298metric tonnes of material compared to 27,095 t in the same period last year. This represents an increase of 34 per cent and confirms the efforts under way to increase the processing volume each month.

The corporation is continuing to ramp up production on its way to its annual production guidance of 90,000 to 94,000 ounces.
