EUROPE ALLOY STEEL SURCHARGE: August surcharges drop on lower nickel cost

European alloy steel surcharges have dropped for August deliveries of grade-304 cold-rolled (CR) stainless steel sheet, after six consecutive months of growth, because of the recent fall in the cost of nickel.
