EUROPE BEAMS: Prices flat for eighth week on lower scrap costs

Domestic prices for steel beams in Europe were unchanged this week, extending a two-month period during which, despite good demand, there has been no movement in prices, sources told Metal Bulletin on Wednesday September 19.
