EUROPE CRC: Domestic prices remain stable in slow market

Domestic prices for cold-rolled coil in Europe were fairly stable in the week to Wednesday September 30, with long lead times pushing buyers into backing away from new deals, sources have told Fastmarkets.

Fastmarkets' weekly price assessment for steel CRC, domestic, exw Northern Europe, was ?,?560-590 ($657-692) per tonne on September 30, compared with ?,?560-580 per tonne a week earlier.
The assessment reflected the latest deals and "workable" prices heard in the market.
