EUROPE HRC: Buyers expect prices to fall in September

Buyers' sentiment in the European hot-rolled coil segment remained negative on Friday August 27 due to lower raw material costs, competitive imports and uncertain demand outlook, sources told Fastmarkets.

Both buyers and sellers have started to return to the market after the holiday period in August and trading activity has been limited while they take time to assess the market before making new deals.
