Fastmarkets calculated its daily steel hot-rolled coil index, domestic, exw Northern Europe, at ?,?667.00 ($821.30) per tonne on Thursday, up by just ?,?0.33 per tonne from ?,?666.67 per tonne on Wednesday.
The index was up by ?,?2.00 per tonne week on week and by ?,?90.33 per tonne month on month.
The index calculation was based on achievable prices heard at ?,?650-700 per tonne ex-works.
