EUROPE HRC: Domestic prices inch up supported by long lead times

Domestic prices for hot-rolled coil in Northern Europe moved up day on day on Friday February 12 due to good demand and long lead times, sources told Fastmarkets.

Fastmarkets calculated its daily steel hot-rolled coil index, domestic, exw Northern Europe, at ?,?720.00 ($873.17) per tonne on Friday, up by ?,?3 per tonne from ?,?717 per tonne on February 11.
The index was also up by ?,?10 per tonne week on week and up by ?,?32 per tonne month on month.
