EUROPE HRC: Domestic prices rise, supported by good order books, solid demand

Domestic prices for hot-rolled coil in Northern Europe increased day on day on Thursday February 11 due to good demand and long lead times, sources told Fastmarkets.

Fastmarkets calculated its daily steel hot-rolled coil index, domestic, exw Northern Europe at ?,?717 ($869.34) per tonne on February 11, up by ?,?8.67 per tonne from ?,?708.33 per tonne on Wednesday February 10.
The index was also up by ?,?7 per tonne week on week and up by ?,?29 per tonne month on month.
