EUROPE PLATE: Domestic prices stable but mill sentiment bullish

Domestic prices for heavy steel plate in Southern Europe have been largely unchanged over the past week, but the mills will insist on higher transaction prices for future deals, sources told Metal Bulletin on Wednesday February 28.
