EUROPE STAINLESS STEEL: Low demand stalls higher October surcharges

The price of stainless steel sheet in Europe was unchanged this week because low demand had prevented mills from implementing higher monthly alloy surcharges for October, sources told Fastmarkets on Friday October 4.
