Expert Is "Uber Bullish" On Silver, Here's Why

The precious metals have been stuck in a tight range, with gold trading between $1,200 and $1,400 an ounce, and this year could finally see the yellow metal break resistance, followed by silver, said Logo Tiggre, founder and CEO of Louis James LLC.
"I think that 2019 will be the year that we finally break out of this range that we've been in," Tiggre told Kitco News on the sidelines of the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada convention in Toronto.
